Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are fulfilled (shipped). Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
